Dale is recognised by all the major private health insurers. We do, however, advise patients to thoroughly check their insurance cover, prior to consultation.In most cases you will be provided with an authorisation code for your consultation / treatment / surgery. A GP referral letter is essential if you wish to make an insurance claim.

Cancellation Policy?
A charge of 50% is payable when appointments are changed or cancelled within 24 hours of your appointment. You will be expected to pay your full consultation fee for missed appointments where you do not inform us.
NB: We cannot charge medical insurance companies for missed appointments or cancellation fees. This includes Tricare.
