James Woledge
Principal Osteopath
James is registered with the General Osteopathic Council and member of the British Osteopathic Association. Having qualified with First Class Honours from the British School of Osteopathy in 2003.
He has taught for over 20 years at undergraduate and post-graduate levels, including regular invitations to teach internationally. He specialises in Tendon related disorders, chronic and complex spinal pain, Men’s Pelvic Health, and Shockwave Therapy, to which he has also hosted his own Shockwave Therapy Podcast for the past 5 years. He holds a postgraduate CASE accredited qualification in Musculoskeletal Diagnostic Ultrasound.
He has a long history of running multidisciplinary clinics and working with other specialists to broaden his knowledge and allow for better decision making and improved care for his patients.
The focus of his day-to-day practice is making sure his patients have:
1. A clear understanding of their problem
2. Know how best to care for/improve themselves
3. Have realistic treatment expectations
4. Understand the value and approximate costs involved
